Traded my 600f2
Hello everyone and Happy New Year
I don't know if you remember me, I traded my VFR 750 for a pretty beat up 600f2.
Anyway, this weekend I traded that bike and laid down $2,000 for a '93 900rr
Thanks for staying posted, the new owner of the f2 will try to get it running. Needs a carb clean and some other stuff.

Hey MT!
Just couldn't tough it out with the F2 eh?
That's a sweet looking 9RR!
I hope it's in better shape and provides you with less disappointment than the old bike.
Guess we wont be seeing you around the F2 section anymore eh? Feel free to post here, I'm sure you'll be just as welcome.
P.S.

Hey Hershey, yeah after so many months of not being able to ride and not wanting to shell out the time or money to get it running I finally gave up.
And it was really funny how I wound up with this bike, 9rr. I was supposed to buy it originally, before I got the non-working f2 and even before the VFR
But I was in such a rush I got the VFR because mechanically and cosmetically it was superior to the 900rr.
But then last weekend I happened to be driving by a popular motorcycle hangout and spotted a 900rr! and turns out it was the same one, and owned by my friend.
I emailed him and one thing led to another! Thanks for all of your advice btw, it got me through some tough times.
And yes, that tire hugger has gotta go heh-heh
And thanks for the invite to visit! I will be here!

A pleasant end to your mystical F2 journey. I definitely think the 900rr looks a million times sharper than that lemon of an F2 you had. At least you now know enough to probably never get screwed over on another bike/car/whatever deal again. contratulations.

FNQuickF2 thank you so much!
Yeah this bike has a lot of mods and has been owned by a lot of people over it's life.
But it is very quick and has full erion exhaust and is jetted with a different rear sprocket and steel braided brake lines. Fox rear shock and Marvic rims.
Just want to keep this and treasure it for as long as I can. Wish I could park it indoors at night [&o]
