Could be a few things. How are your tires? Usually issues like that are caused by a harmonic imbalance. I'd check your tires, check for a bent wheel, bent forks, aligned rear tire, bearing condition. That being said, all bikes have a certain degree of wobble. Steering dampers help this, but aren't a cure if something is actually wrong. Bar end weights help with vibration/wobble too.

thanks for the help guys ill look and see what i can find out the forks are not bent and there are no wheel weights the tire is balanced with beads or something like that inside the tire its self so here is another question are the wheel weights or the bead stuff better for balancing a tire?

Rock the tire side to side at the 12 o-clock position and see if you feel any play in the bearings.
Also lock the front brake and rock the bike front to rear with one hand on the headtube where the lower bearing races meet the triple. Check for any play there.
the beads you mention are called dynabeads - google em. There's been a thread or 2 around CBRF talking about them and if they work or not. easiest thing to do is have a shop spin your wheel up on a balance machine and check it. If it is good, and you took them your wheel off the bike, shouldn't cost you but a few bucks. If it needs weights, then they can help you there too.

Anyway, I'm running Dyna beads with the race bike, including the rims for rain tires, and I ran them on the street bike, and I have not encountered any vibrations at any speed, at all.
1 oz for the front - 2oz for the rear.
