Hey guys great site going on here. Have a question. Noticed recently that my temp gauge either hasnt been working or sometimes it works then slowly decreases until it stops working. I have also noticed that when the gauge is in its non working state that both the neutral and side stand light will not come on. Everything else works as it should. Seems like kind of a quirky problem to me.

 

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere in the cluster.

The temp gauge and neutral and side stand light do in fact share a common connection. This wire is is colored Black/Brown, and is connected to the rest of the wiring harness by a 4 pole connector.

I would start checking there for corrosion, bad connection etc..
