Tabs on swingarm
That's what I thought, until I looked at the picture... there are no threaded holes on an OEM, non-modified F2 swingarm in that location, the front-most threaded parts for the OEM tire hugger are much farther forward, closer to the rider peg/pedal assembly.
There is a little tab in that area, for sliding a slot from the tire hugger over, to help keep it lined up nicely, but someone in the past must have drilled and tapped that, maybe for mounting a chain guard from another bike, or aftermarket, or something they made, etc... psalas, give us a good pic, like Demon said, that one is way too small!

Yes I can take a better picture, I thought maybe it was for spools but the tab looks to small to brace the weight of the bike.
I bought this bike 2nd hand, so maybe its from another bike idk.
I will take a better pic tonight then,
I found this pic and circled in red.

Yuppers, that's what I was talking about in my above post - it's just to "line up" the OEM tire hugger.
Why it was drilled and tapped is anyone's guess, but as I said above, I suspect the PO used that to mount some sort of a chain guard, but who knows?!?
