Default synthetic oil

i'm sure this has been over done, but any suggestions about which synthetic oil to use in my 93 f2 with approx 36k miles? any help is appreciated.

Repsol or Lucas...

I use Repsol 20 w 50 full synthetic personally.

But have read good test reports on Lucas as well

You can get Lucas, synthetic, motorcycle oil at O'Reilleys...about $8 a quart.

I bought the Repsol blend this last time. I'll probably replace with full synthetic next year at change time. I use 10w-40 as that is what Honda and every cycle machanic I talk to around here says. I guess going to a 20w would be OK if you lived in a 100+ plus climate. Otherwise you are just wasting gas because you get no additional protection.
