Spring pre-load screw

Hi
Is it possible to replace the spring pre-load screw as the screwdriver slot in mine has snapped so can't adjust with screwdriver, if t can be renewed how easy is it to do and does anyone know where to get one in the UK?

youcould justreplace the entire top cap assy. number 16
