Default Speed Sensor

Does anyone know if a 1994 CBR 600 F2 Engine has a Speed Sensor coming out ot the engine? I know it has a speed sensor a the front wheel with a cable that goes to the gauges. The later years like the 1996 CBR 600 F3 has the sensor coming from the engine but not at the front wheel.

If a 1994 CBR 600 F2 engine does have a speed sensor coming from the engine where is it located?

Any help would be greatly appreciated..........

I was afraid of that. I have a 94 F2 engine on a 96 F3 Frame and gauges with an F2 Rim w/speed sensor. The guy a got the bike from had an F3 engine but blew it then put in the F2 engine. All the gauges work except the speedometer. He rigged all the other guages to work somehow. The only option I think I have is to get a set of F2 guages if they fit on the F3 frame and do the wiring wire by wire to make everything work if I want the speedometer to work. I wish I had the F3 engine because the speed sensor on the engine controls the speedometer instead of at the wheel.

I kind of like the speedo sensor at the frontwheel, it allows you to change sprocket sizes without making the speedo inaccurate
