Go to a Honda dealer and tell him you think you need a new Carb kit...tell him you think the o-rings are worn or hardened...and that there might be a broken or chipped fule pipe between one or more of the carbs.
He should know what you are talking about and order the correct kit. If the parts guy looks hesitant....go talk to the shop mechanic.
In fact, I would talk to the mechanic first...then he'll tell the parts guy what to order.
Do the dyno kit later...

The fuel hose that comes from the tank is USUALLY pretty universal...meaning that you can take the old rubber fuel hose from your bike, and yes go to to a home dept or general auto store and match it up with what they have.
Save ya a few bucks.
