Safety
so i should be getting my F2 within the next few weeks, and ive been thinking. all i have at my college is a parking garage to park at since i live in a dorm on campus.
i was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to keep my bike safe since it is accessible to almost anyone, and i will have to park it their every night.
also, when i finally get to move out i am moving right off campus to a house with no garage, but the driveway does pull around back
what would everyone recommend for me to do to keep my car safe their also, and out of bad weather. i know to get acover for the rain since i do live in FL where it always rain, but i dont know if their is anything else

RE: Safety
Most security items are just to keep the honest people honest.
If a real bike thief wants your bike there is little you can do to stop them if your bike is in an open area.
You can buy disc locks and a big heavy chain but those things just slow them down a little bit, or they may not bother.
As for vandalism, a cover is your best bet...Out of sight, out of mind. The less they see of your nice shiny bike the better, for some reason ifpeople see that somebody has something nice and they dont, they just want to kick it or something.
