Default K&N

I am putting a K&N Air Filter on my F2, i was wondering if i had to change any jet or make any mods. I already have a Two Brother Racing Pipe, but not sure if the jet have already been changed or not. Thanks Chris.

I can't really say much about the jetting but I have a 94 F2 with a K&N and a two brothers pipe on it and it runs great. Thing is, it came that way, I don't know if its jetted or not.

I didn't rejet mine. Though, I planning to do it before the spring. I had the 2000 RPM studder prior to adding a Two Brothers muffler. The muffler aggravated the 2000 RPM issue. Put in a K&N and the 2000 RPM issue is better.

Now keep in mind this F2 of mine is a CA model. I haven't tested out the CA Emission crude. I believe it is the source not the jets. Of course, the CA model has different jets too.

It only has 3000 + miles and is barely broke in.

No, the F2 is actually my husbands, well his name is on the title but it is my track bike now.

Interesting story on this F2. He bought it in 91 brand new. Less then two months later while at Laguna WSB, corner working it was stolen. Police and Insurance said it would never be recovered and popped for another. So he bought another just like the first. Two weeks later he gets a call the F2 was recovered.

It was taken for a joy ride and the only damage was the busted up ignition. So for a awhile he had two identical F2s. He sold the second before we got married and the original was sitting for over 8 years not running. I got it running this spring and been slowly turning into a track/race bike. I did put about 350 track miles on it this year.
