so i took the petcock off and took it apart for a closer inspection and noticed the vaccum diaphram is breaking apart right in the center, so i put it back together and put a vacuum tester on it and it would hold any vaccum, so im waitin on a new one, but apparently u cant get just the diaphram u have to buy the whole petcock!
