thats the problem... more likely than not, something got screwed up. before you go and drop a hot load of cash on your bike, take the carbs back apart and check everything again (tighten jets, check float, float pin, gaskets...) and reassemble very carefully. and run another can of carb spray through every orifice. if that doesnt fix it, it could be a botched sync job. my general rule as an auto mechanic... if it worked, and then you fixed it, and its broke now, then you broke it. let us know...

yes i am an auto mechanic also
i didnt do the carb clean and sync a very reputable shop did them around my way when my friend had the bike
he droped it doing like 35 adn gave it to me i fixed the clutch lever and slip on and now it runs wierd
im thinking about getting ot apart and doing it my self
