ahh, I see. Is there anything against you doing it IN your apartments??? Have a buddy help you take it inside! haha....
You could still call the dealer and ask them if they noticed if it was jetted. Maybe there is a chance they have to make note on that kind of thing.

The only other way it would sputter out and die is if you were not getting enough fuel to the carbs.
Vacuum line could be disconnected from the petcock, or the diaphragm in the petcock could be out of place or have a hole in it.
Floats could get stuck closed, but if they were freshly cleaned that's unlikely.
If you are willing to spend the money, tell the shop to fix it properly... Or tell them that they did not fix the problem the first time and you want the work done free since you've already paid them to fix it once.
