Hey I was just putting my bike away for the winter and took it out for one last session and had a problem with second gear. It would be fine until about 6500-7000 rpms and then it shoots it right back into neutral. If anyone can help me with what is wrong and how I would fix it I would appreciate it.

no that is the wierd thing. It just all of a sudden started happening. And its only with second gear. I can take it to redline in every other gear.

 

From what you describe, its likely either a bent shift fork and/or worn gear dogs in your tranny. Not a cheap fix, nor is it an easy one.
