Default posting pics?

i have been doing a project all winter. Finished it last night and i have a huge write up to do. In the past when i tried to post pictures it would say everything is wayyyy too big. Anyone know a better way to post pictures?

(sorry if there is already a thread, i searched the forum quickly before asking)

Thanks,
Kevin

I use image shack. Just copy the direct link , hit the add picture button in the reply box and paste.

Photobucket is a good option as well.

Upload the pics to a free host site, such as Photobucket. When you u/l them it will automatically downsize the pics so you can post them on a forum. To the right of each pic are several boxes. Left click on the one that says "IMG". The contents will be copied into your clipboard. Then paste those contents into a message on here.

One helpful tip about Photobucket is if you're going to be using it a lot it is a good idea to create different folders for various things. It keeps everything organized and makes them a lot easier to find years from now. Different folders such as Motorcycle, Hobbies, Cars, Vacation, etc.
