He's talking about the on that's on the lower part of the rear fairing. it's the lock screw that you turn 90 degrees to lock and another 90 to unlock....I'm not at my bike right now, so i can't help you...
Turn it counter clockwise while pulling the fairing towards you.
If you look closely there's an arrow on the "plastic screw", when the arrow lines up with the arrow or notch on the fairing -it's locked, turn the arrow away to unlock it.
Then put one hand as far towards the tail light as you can, and the other hand in the middle and gently pull it away from the bike. Try not to twist or bendthe plastics, the little tabs dont take much to snap them off.

I looked at mine andit looks like it's a 2 piece screw with a pin holding them together... i tried to get my pin out but it wouldn't budge. not really sure how to get it out. maybe a tap and hammer it out without putting a lot stress on the fairing... GL
I just purchased a whole new fairing side from the honda dealership and need to get this plastic screw out so I can put it on the new fairing...Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
Ok I figured this out. I took a "picture hanging nail" and a hammer and smacked the pin mentioned above all the way out. It was in two pieces, (thanks amanc), and then put it on the new fairing...slid the pin back in and it works perfectly. Thanks ya'll.
