pictures of the finished 1991 f2
Well the CBR is all painted and finished we gave it away last sunday and it was a blast. My friend was really excited and I think it turned out awsome. If anyone wants to know how to intergrate your turn signals into your stock tail light without adding any extra bulbs or drilling or anything let me know. I will post the pictures be sure to let me know what you think.

Agreed, where are the real signals?
I love it, that is exactly what I wanted to do with mine. Only difference between my dream-look and what you have there is that I was going to two-tone the underside of the body with a silver/grey color scheme.
How did you go about removing the rear pegs and exhaust mount with the one that's there now?
More detailed pics would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the compliments We think it looks good to
ok well the tail light turn signal mod was REALLY easy. You cant be afraid to cut a few wires though and think outside the box. I will take a video of how it works next time i am near the bike. Hopefully tonight. You need to go to your local autoparts store and pick up something like this
http://www.etrailer.com/pc-VWH~18130.htm its a tail light converter used on import cars to have a plug for trailer lights. If you have ever wired up a trailer you know that brake/turn/tail is all on 1 dual filament bulb. So you wire that up to your stock wires they are clearly marked on the converter you just need to figure out which is the turn signal wire brake wire and tail wire on the bike. Adn essentially what it does is break the current on your stock break light in either bulb depending on which way you are turning so you have your turn signals right in your brake light. If you need a detailed ow too i will try to get pictures and put what colors the wires are etc etc. Hell i could probbaly make a plug in kit if i took the time. but that is the long and short of it.
As far as the footpeg brackets are concerned they are the stock rear brackets with the long bars that went back chopped off. We then plugged the hole in them with the welder and had them powdercoated so they wouldnt rust or anything. I have some more pictures of them but they arent really anything too special.
The rear tail is all stock just cut flush and the plate is on the stock bracket just cut to fit how we wanted it. let me know if i can be of anymore help and if there is something specific you want a pic or video of feel free to ask i will do the best i can to help ya out.
