Default My CBR mods!

Alright! So I've recently made a few purchases for my 91 f2 so I thought that I would start a thread and post my steps I take as I mod my bike.

So, as for the mods, I bought every thing I think I need to do a 05 600rr tail swap and all the parts are in the mail already.

I also wanted to swap the gauges over to digital so I found this awesome wire that plugs directly into my stock speedo pickup by the wheel and converts it into a digital signal then found some cheap gauges on eBay to go with it.

I'm going to post pictures of everything I purchesed in the morning and maybe a link to the speedo cable. I haven't heard anyone use one before but I hope someone can give me some ideas on how well it works.

Well that's all for the night. Hope at least one person checks back for the photos tomorrow

Night cbrforum family

Alright, tiny update. Sorry for the delay but I've been working ten hour days all this week so no time for the bike . My tail and light came in and I'm pretty stoked. I'm going to re-paint the tail black and put some mesh where the little side grills go so I can hooked up a couple blue leds back there (if any one knows where I can get purple ones , let me know) I'm going to start the brackets on the bike this weekend so ill keep you all updated with pics

Let's hope! I'm more worried about how the paint is going to look. Not all that experienced with that sort of thing buy I think I have a good idea what to do. I also bought a steering stabilizer for $55 . I know they aren't really needed but I have a slight vibration in my handlebars at higher rpm's so I'm hoping it will help. If anyone knows where I can get some decent f4i front and side fairings let me know as I would eventually like to follow dementeds how-to and do that swap as well.
