+1 with Bindel....the only F2's I've seen here with intake cones are Bindel's and a that RSPorwhatever...but they both have 900 engines. I am not sure what you would gain over a K&N in the airbox with cones...except that it would look cool with the tank off.

Yeah...and he did say "seperate intake cones"...I interpret that as separate filters...like in Bindel's pic...velocity stacks are different. Can you use a vlocity stack from an F3 on an F2...I have not seen both, but I would think the F3's would be different because the F3 has Ram Air...just a thought...anyone know?

RE: looking for intake cones for bike!!!!!
sorry for the lack of response just got back from vcation so anyways I believe I have the velocity stacks, those are the silver cones that come stocke right? what i am talking about is the seperate cones i have seen a couple of pics they fit over each carb like how the velocity stacks are positioned. but if there would be too much air for the stock jet kit would a stage 2 dyno jet kit work. the reason i need at least some sort of after market filter is that my slip on is changing colors after long rides like my engine is burning HOT! and from what i have gathered is that and aftermarket filter would be one of the answers. thought the cones would work best.
