Default keeps blowing a fuse

I was pulling into the gas station today and I noticed that the neutral light didn't work. On my way home I noticed that I didn't have any turn signals either...o boy! Well I figured I had a blown fuse so I took it the 3 blocks home. I changed the fuse but as soon as I turned the key the fuse blew again. Two weeks ago I did the mod that intergrates the rear turn signal into the brake lights so I went through and rewired all of that but same thing, as soon as I turn the key it blows the fuse. I tried different relays, and I tried no relays but it didn't make any difference.

Anyone has any clue as to what is going on?

The wire I ran from the front blinker to the relay in the back was being rubbed by the gas tank till the insulation was gone. The exposed wire touched the tank, grounded itself out and blew the fuse.
