just a question?

I don't believe so. I think the rim has an arrow on it, which would make me think it can't be switched. Just don't ride in the rain with the reversed tire. Works just fine on a dry road.

f2 wheels spokes are directional - front should match the rear. Also, you can't turn the F2 wheel around, the speedo drive provisions are only on the left side and would turn the cable backwards if you were even able to make the cable engage properly on the right side.
Are you sure your tire is on backwards? Many sportbike front tires are mounted opposite of the tread design on the rear. If you were looking at the front wheel from directly in front of the bike, the tread should form a chevron that points "up", not down.
Most people look at it and think it is incorrect, and I can't explain why it is, but that's just how it is done on motorcycles.
Also - most tires have an arrow on the sidewall that points toward the proper rotation direction.

Also, if the wheel/tire is balanced now, taking it off and rotating it 180 on the rim wouldn't affect the balance. Just mark the tire in relation to the valvestem, and line the mark back up when remounting the tire.

"pointing at the bike" isn't a good description, cause if you have the tire mounted properly, and the arrow on the sidewall is pointing forward when at the top of the wheel, it will be facing backwards when at the bottom of the wheel.
If there is an arrow on the sidewall that indicates rotation direction, it should point in the direction the wheel rolls when the bike is moving forward.
