Yes, but your stock speed will be off...

Speedo will actually help on your ODO...mileage wise anyways. You'll be running @5mph faster than the dial reads...but you will be putting less miles on the #'s.
Handling wise...NO DIFFERENT!
I actually could have got you a set of PP(and others) race take-offs for 100.00 plus actual cost of shipping to your door.

OTOH, I think the stock speedo is too high in the first place, and having a bigger tire would actually bring it closer to being accurate.
