the other day i was going to start my bike up. turned the bike on , put it to run, put the choke on and didnt even get to start the bike. all the lights went off. so i checked the battery and fuses nothing is wrong. so after taking the fairing apart and checking wires. an hour later i tried to see if it would go on. the lights everything came back on and it started. has anything ever happened to anyone? does anyone know whats wrong? i have asked many people and they said it could be a wire loose. but so far i havent had any problems with it.

 

check ur voltage regulator i had to get a new one....

 

it could be your kill switch. i know mine is tempramental as hell.

 

+1 on the ignition switch. My Yamaha FZ 600 is the same way.
