[8D] I have a 1994 f2 and I can't get it 2 turn over. It ran good awhile then it was shaking while I was riding so I took it home and it wouldn't turn over but the light and horn were still work. When I did try 2 turn it on it made a clickon sound like it wanted 2 turn on but it wouldn't. Now it doesn't do anything. I changed all my fuses even the 30 amp and I have a brand new battery. Any suggestions out there?????

 

Regulator Rectifier..very very common...mine just went out on friday..

I would also say it is the regulator/rectifier. Mine went 3 months ago, and, i went out and bought a reg/rec. off of an 06 gsxr. Cut and spliced the wires together and havn't had a problem yet. I will keep everyone posted if I do run into trouble though.

i don't know much about the reg but if you are shaking a little check your spark plug wires maybe it is just firing funny and locking up. how did it idle?

The idle was ok when it was running. It jus started shaking & jerking a lil bit when I was riding so that's why I took it home when it started acting up. But I'm going 2 check the plugs 2day and try a running start and if that doesn't work then I'm going 2 try the reg/rec.
