Hi all need some help I have a 92 600f2 seems to run great at lower speeds shifts good great power but if i get up to highway speeds it seems to lag sputter in power a little and the other day it died when I was warming it up acted like it ran out of gas? The fuel valve only has the fuel line on it. The vent? tube(small one on valve) is not hooked to anything..it did start right up after sittin awhile and ran fine again(except on highway)I have read a lot on here everyone says where it hooks up is at a different place? I need to know where to hook up the vacuum valve hose.......I have looked I cant see anywhere on the motor to hook it to. please help....thanks.....

 

There should be a vacuum hose from the petcock to the cylinder head attached to the #1 intake(left side while sitting on the bike)bellow thecarb insulator(boot).

 

Thanks for the info I have found that someone has removed my valve on the engine at the number one cylinder and replaced with a bolt. I have located a new one at the dealer for about $5. Thanks for the info....
