Default Headlight Issue

Rode the bike to class yesterday and the headlight was working just fine with the brights on. Came out of class and started the bike to discover that the brights indicator light was not illuminating. I flipped the switched a few times and noticed that the light wasn't working at all. Tore the front end apart and checked all the wires/plugs/switches and everything seems normal. Tried a new bulb but it wouldn't light up. Any thoughts or suggestions as to what this problem might be linked to? I really don't want to rewire the whole thing. Thanks in advance.

Those sound like the classic symptoms of a common problem that the F2s seem to have at some point. Check out this thread and I hope it helps.

Thanks, eweplley. That sounds exactly like my issue. I will check this out tomorrow afternoon and report back.
