Hi all,
I have been looking about, and need a answer on the following,is it easy and possible to fit the front end off a 600rr 05 ish or early blade 00 - 04to the f2??
It would seem so,but need a definitive yes or no before i look for parts.

 

It's all possible, yes...Easy?...not really (unless you are a really stud mechanic and
have the tools). You might have to mod/fab the mounting brakets for the change. And
I'm pretty sure you have to change the main stay on the front. The guages will have
to be either updated or the old mounts modified to keep them, if the stay changes.
The wiring will also change for the head lights.

That's my understanding, although, I haven't actually done the conversion.

Thanks for the input Ern,it is for a track only bike,so it makes it a little bit more forgiving on the cosmetic side.
Would hope to pull this off if at all possible!

 

o goodness, for a track bike i would be so worried about my fab mechanic skillz haha. That much stress and speed my **** would probably fly off
