Fork Problems! SEALS, TUBES, HELP!
are you having the same problem with the other fork as well? I think the heat would expand the leg before it would expand the inner tube, so I think that would work. Obviously with all of these soft metal parts one must be careful. And just to reiterate what mrb said, did you remove the retaining clip on top of the seal? Sorry if that seems obvious, but you just never know.
I'd probably swing down by the dealership to pick up some new seals and fork oil, while you're there try and glean some small-talk info off of the parts guys. The guys at the dealership I go to will talk to you all day long, print off any diagrams or anything you need, THEN charge you out the ***.

Everything that ever was used to assemble the forks is out. All that's left on the whole assembly itself is the fork tube, fork slider, and anything below the circlip. I don't know what to do... I went to a bike shop called ADR motorsports in North Hollywood, and they said they don't use any special fork tube remover, they just do it the way I was doing it... they must think I'm retarded and you guys might think the same way... but trust me, I know for a fact that these things aren't coming off from human strength... for god sakes I used a hydraulic jack to try to pull it away ... if that isn't enough what is if they don't have any machines?

Still sounds like the slider bushing is stuck. The PO has obviously never had the seals changed or did it horribly wrong. I am curious if you had the same problem with the other fork.
I still say you might want to heat it up. Just hot to your touch any more and you risk damage to the lower tube. Yes, expanding the lower tube is the desired effect. This will give some slack on the bushing and hopefully breakup whatever corrision is holding it.
I can honestly say I have not had a bushing seize on me. In the last 12 months I have resealed 3 sets from F2s and a Hawk NT650.
One other question (after thought) is the fork pipe sliding freely in the lower tube?

just to make sure you are clear, you can not just "pull" them apart like a pair of boots of your foot. you have to really put some force and momentumbehind it, the seal/bushing should almost "pop" out.
just reread and realilzed you used a jack. hmm, try putting it in the freezer for several hours, then like someone else said, hit the low with a little heat.
Or get a really good grasp on the tube, and try yanking it down really, really hard and fast, and catch the brake mounts on the edge of the bench.
or, fill the the fork tube up with some denatured alcohol, put the fork cap back on it, then stick a match in the end where you pulled the bolt out.
that should do something
