Default 95 F3 lower fork tubes vs 97 F3 fork tubes

Hello,
I was looking for and found a pair of F3 fork tubes ( the tube the wheel and brake caliper bolt on...not the spring tube that connects the lower to the upper triple tree) , but one tube is from a 95-96 F3 and the other is from a 97-98 F3. I know both are 41 mm. However, the part numbers are different. This leads me to believe they indeed are different. But what? My biggest concern is will my calipers bolt up the same? Brake rotor bolts up the same on each side? Axel diameter different? Seals and bearings the same ?
If you can give me positive confirmation on the differences I would appreciate it.

I am used to CBR1100XX and other Hondas...just not that familiar with the F3's.
