Anyone know the secret to removing the bottom bolt that holds the forks together? I broke it loose and then it just spins. I followed the directions in the maintenace manual.

I am trying to replace the seals.

 

I'm not familiar with the F2 - are they cartridge forks? I took off the top nut first and then loosened the bottom bolt because I expected the bolt to just spin but ends up it came right out. Try removing the top pieces and then you can compress the forks enough to keep it from spinning.
