I know the F3 carbs will fit on an F2, but do I have to swap anything else out? Are the carbs from the F3 bigger than theF2?

 

Interesting,I couldnt get them to work.Gas went all over the place.

 

I know they are the same size, but I believe there is some sort of sensor or extra tube. (I think I read that in the tech forum or something)

C2H5OH, if gas was going all over the place, the gaskets were dry rotted, the rubber tubes that hook the carb to the bike could have been dried or not fastened securely, or the hoses were cracked.

I got a set of used carbs off eBay and the first thing I noticed was how hard the lines all were. When I pulled everything apart on my bike today, everything was nice and soft and flexible, so I would look first at the rubber surfaces.
