Engine will only turn over. I checked (dry) and replaced plugs. Fuel comes out of the petcock under vacuum. Carb has been cleaned. Carb bowls have level fuel. Pulled plug and wires and put them on the engine block to check spark. little to no spark. Checked 1&4 ignition coil with all readings good. Checked 2&3 ignition coil primary was 2.9. Secondary with plug cap was 27k. Secondary w/o plug cap was 14k. Is the 27k reading thats too high causing the problem? Do I need new plug wires? Should I try new plugs again? What the hells going on here. ANY help apprciated.

 

If your coils are good I'd replace the wires. Just start throwing money at ignition parts until you get good spark. That what I'd suggest.
