Default f2 ticking sound

ok so i have been messing around with my f2 i got a week ago and finally took all my fairings off and checked everything out and noticed it already had the manual cct and messed with the throttle some because it was getting stuck and not wanting to snap back like it should an that is working fine now however there is a slight ticking noise coming from the front end of the engine in the head area and it isnt really loud but you can hear it when your head is close now when i rev up the ticking increases in speed with rpm but does not get louder. Anyone have any idea what this could be

THE CCT. try adjusting your manual cct... thats what manual means... YOU have to adjust it.... it isn't automatic.

Yes, adjust it while it is running until the "tick" stops.

overhead cams means no lifters you could possibly need to adjust the valves

Maybe an exhaust at the head pipes? start the engine and feel around the pipes at the head
