Thanks, yeah not complete yet and I forgot to weigh both, but will do that when she comes off to get the wheel painted and new tire installed. Those pics are after the first test ride - I hadn't even put the passenger pegs -muffler mount- back on yet. More to come!
OK, more updates. First, weight: Did not get toa scale, but did carry swingarms and wheels around while getting rear tire mounted and painted. Funny thing: Swingarms seemed same weight, but remember that the final drive and sprockets are mounted to the swingarm on the Hawk, Wheel on the CBR. Brakes are both mounted to swingarm. So basically the Hawk setup is a little lighter - approximately the weight of a rear tire - than the CBR. Hawk rim and tire weight (no drive sprocket stuff) as much as CBR wheel (and drive sprocket stuff) with no tire. Notice suspension isn't' dialed in yet (too soft and high at rest) and need some detailing/touch up painting on swingarm and rear wheel, but she does ride!
