Default F2 single brake conversion

I recently came into the ownership of a wrecked F3 sporting an F2 front end (wheel, brakes, forks...) from the previous owners parts bike. I got the engine screamin', and the street fighter look going, but the brakes suck and the bushings in the fork are shot. I have some busa brake parts and am going to use an F3 wheel and mount a single busa rotor and 6 piston Tokico caliper. I have mocked up all the parts, and it will fit, but I'm not sure if the F2 master cylinder will push enough fluid. Does anyone know the stock MC dimensions for an F2, or for you guys that have converted, the dimensions of the F3 master? And also, are the fork bushings removable in the garage, or does it require a certain seal puller/tool? I have rebuilt tons of forks, but most often resort to hand tools, frustration, and damaging the new bushing before they are installed. Thanks!
