Default F2 project help

I just picked up a 91 F2 to make into a track slash street bike. I have a few questions and need some advice.

-any way to add a fuel light or gauge?

- The bike came with the super bike race tail. I want to keep the stock seat for comfort can this be modified? Its the 69B in the link
http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/...0F21991-94.htm

- The front plastics has a 3" cut hole any one know of a projector light that fits this most are 2.5"

- I was given a rear shock from a F3 will it work?

You'd have to fab and fit a sensor into the tank, as there isn't one. Why not do as I and probly we all do, learn how far a tankful goes, mine does 230 ish km, and keep an eye on the trip gauge. IMO works even better than just a warning light.

We'd need to see pics of what kind of a tail we're talking about, mine has an Airtech streamlining fiberglass single seat tail that uses the stock seat. Anything can be modded to fit anything, it comes to can YOU and is it reasonable. Upload your pics to Picasa, photobucket etc. and link from there.

Scource ebay for projectors, there are 3" ones if you look hard enough.

Not sure about the shock, I'm assuming were talking about a rear shock. It should fit but I'll let others confirm will it go in without any mods.

And welcome to the forum!

I updated first post. I am checking mileage but depending on the day and riding style it can change. I will check eBay thanks and yes rear shock. I was told the F3 had more adjustment and better rebound.
