Just bought a 94 F2 that I'm having issues with. We can put fuel in the filter and blow into the filter the bike will run til it runs out of gas in the filter. If we put the tank on and connect the hoses to the petcock and the valve is on the bike won't start. Fuel is getting into the filter. The gas cap has a crack in it, Would that be the problem or is it something else?

Make sure your vaccuum line is hooked up between the petcock and the #1 carburator.
