Default Clutch Noise/ Viby Engine

I have a Honda CBR600F 1994 model, i bought it from a dealer only 2 months ago, i notice a rattle coming from the right hand side of the motor, the rattle was coming from the CCT, so i took it back to the dealer and had it replace with a new one, i also told them about the noise coming from the clutch area, when you pull the clutch in the noise goes away, its a really bad ratteling noise, they said that this was normal but i don't think it is, if i was going to buy a brand new Honda CBR600F at a dealer and it made that noise from the clutch area i would not buy it, also when you rev it the engine really vibrates so you can't relly rev it that mutch maybe to 5,000 reves before the vibration makes you stop, its fine if you hold the clutch leaver in and rev it, also you can feel the vibration on the move going through your legs and private area when you rev above 5,000 revs wich is really anoything, as i thought a Honda engine was suppose to be smooth, anyone got any ideas as to what the noise is!
Is it the clutch barings worn, or the clutch springs, or the clutch plates, no dout i'm going to have to go in and investigate, since the dealer says this is normal, ha i'm sure it is not, as the bike is not a pleasure to ride , i'm sure the vibes coiming from the clutch area is making the hole engine vibe at high revs, i have only just got the bike and i can't take the motor past 5,000 revs due to the major vibrations[:@], any help you can give would be great, thanks for your time, Dave in the United Kingdom.

LOL, you hear the normal clutch basket noise while the bike is in neutral. As far as I know, all F2s I've ever heard make this noise. I can feel it a little bit even when I am on it, but it is just really an annoying noise. As for the vibration, you may need to clean or adjust the carbs, or it's possible the bodywork is vibrating and causing some of the problem. That's the case on mine at around 4500k as I can hear the plastic vibrating.

I think his is a little worse than normal. I think your clutch basket is a little loose or the bearings are shot. You should hear a faint rumble, but nothing major. Something is definatly not right there if it is as bad as you are describing.
