well the lever wont move down mare than a 1/4 inch and im not really sure what to think. the cable seems stuck. any advice is appreciated

 

i got adventurous and took everything off to check the cable. cable is fine but the choke slider seems stiffer then it should be. it moved but not with the small amount of leverage that the choke lever offers. anything? anyone?

just had to work the slider and free it up a little
