guys are going to say 520 -1/+2...i don't really care for the 520 kits i've seen because they have been aluminum rear sprockets...i myself have a 525 stock gearing (15/43) from an f3 on my bike....but -1/+2 is what i should have gotten

Any time you increase the rear sprocket or reduce the front sprocket, you lose speed but gain acceleration. -1 in the front and +2 in the rear is a good start.

What combination would you guys recomend for me? Im not gonna take the bike to 140ish!!! I feel like living for another 50 or sixty years. I mostly ride at like 95 when on the freeways, sometimes break 100. And I like to have good performance when hitting twisties.

Yeah -1 +2.

I do recommend investigating going 530 on your own though. There aren't any pre-assembled 530 kits, but 530 chains and sprockets will last WAY longer! I have to maintain the living **** out of my 520 chains to get them to survive. Go xring if you can as well, they last far longer, and the 20 extra dollars more than pays for itself.
