Default can anybody help me with the camshaft torque?

im about to change the cam chain of my cbr 600 f2 '94 but i dont know the exactly torque value can anybody help me?

The Service Manual states the torque for the Cam Sprocket Bolts is:
20N.m (2.0kg-m, 14ft-lb)
Note with the torque states that this is with locking agent applied to threads.

The torque for the Cam Chain Tensioner is:
10N.m (1.0kg-m, 7ft-lb)
