Camshaft CBR1000F

Hello guys
I;m looking for a Camshaft for a CBR1000F, Honda seems to have discontinued that part. What would fit instead? Anyone has an idea of where to get a used one from?

I believe they can be remanufactured. There are usually local specialis businesses that can do that for you. Ask a good bike shop.
