Default Brake problems!!

When i bought the bike the brakes would lock up so i took the calipers of and found a puck was stuck all the way in, so I had a newer pair that I put on with new brake pads. I bled all the air out and it holds pressure. I ride around the block using the front brake 4 or 5 times and it locks up, so i bleed it again no air came out just fluid. Where should i go from here?

how clean is your master cylinder? if its dirty, its entirely possible that your fluid return passage in the master is clogged, preventing the caliper from working right.
