Default blown engine im idiot

the vehicle: cbr 600 f2 92
the facts : i change the rubberring on the water pump then i forgot to put coolant in radiator soi put the bike together and went out to the street and a hit full gas i ran like hell but the the temp marker went to the limmit so i wet to my house and put coolant,
at next day i went to the highway and the max speed was 90 mph at 4000 rpm on 6th gear then i saw white smoke on my rear view mirorcoming out from the exaustit wasa big white cloud i pull over and shut off the engine i wait for some minutes then i try to start it again but the engine was complete stoked i think my engine was blow out im an idiot. question: now i want to fixit any clues about what happen i dont have any idea i trust you experts, i love my bike i know is old but its my best toy please helpmeim just a human being

Check the head gasket. You might be lucky enough to just have a blown HG....if not, try to see if you can get a new head, or check with a local machine shop to see if they can rebuild the current head (as long as its not warped, you should be OK). It could have been worse....you could have forgotten motor oil and seized the motor....

well, im just as much of an idiot....i forgot the oil and blew a 4"x3" hole in the block on my other baby.......

rip 63 crestliner del rio....showroom condition....
