anyone ever had trouble with oil leaking around the two o rings in the oil cooler into the cooling system?

I havent seen it on bikes, but i see it all the time on cars.. get some new O rings and pu them in.. shouldnt be a big deal.

I have heard of a couple different instances of this . I actually think mine has the same problem . It was originally diagnosed as head gasket by previous owner so he sold cheap !!! But my bike runs GREAT , and compression is even on all 4 . The only thing is that a little oil is seeping into the coolant and at high rpms , it over pressures the coolant system .

sounds like ghonerea to me....

nah, new rings sound about right, cheeeeeap to do it yourself if you have the time/skillz
