I currently have a F2 with a D&D exhaust gutted and a K&N air filter. The bike stalled when I came to a stop at a light. It didn't start right back up. I read about the vac. hose from the tank might have been bent but it wasn't. I checked to make sure the wires were on the plugs good and they were. Drove to work today and it was fine, but when I went to lunch it sputtered and cut off again. Its almost like its not getting enough fuel. Let it sit for a few seconds and started up agian. What could be wrong? I was thinking about taking the tank off after work and checking out the petcock. What do you guys think?

could be a dirty petcock screen or a plugged vent hole in the tank.

 

I'll check it out when I get the bike to the garage tonight. What other things should I look for? Do I need to jet my bike?
