Default bent handle, throttle stuck

I bought a 93 cbr f2. It was dropped by the previous owner and the right handle bar is bent. Everything works, but the throttle completly sticks at any position. What should I do? Should I try to re-bend the handle bar back, adjust the throttle cable, take apart the handle bar and see if its rubbing, or just say **** it and hand it over to a shop. Im new to the mechanics of a bike, but I can do almost anything myself. Thanks for any advice.

Default RE: bent handle, throttle stuck

Replace the handlebar. Check for throttle cable freeplay. Check for throttle cable crimping and/or fraying. Check that the throttle tube is in good shape. Check that the grip isn't rubbing anything.
