Recently my battery has not been doing well. The battery is only about 2 months old. It wouldnt start yesterday at all or even run when we push started it. Before yesterday sometimes it wouldnt start but push start would work. Last night i put it on the trickle charger for an hour and rode it home from my brothers house, it died 2 times on the way here but i had speed to start it up again. While riding home i made sure to stayabove 5000rpms.When i got home i put it back on the trickle charger for the night while i went to sleep. I havent tried it yet this morning. Does anyone have any ideas on why it might be that my battery drains so much?

 

Most likely it's not charging, and IF it's not charging, most likely it's a bad regulator/rectifier. [8D]

 

Most likely it's your stator...that's your bike alternator..if the r/r is passing test.
