I have a 1994 F2, and have just lost my second throttle-side bar end. I could get another Honda one (and loctite the bolt in this time) or an after-market one, but I contacted two sellers and they claimed that theirs were only good for F3 and later.

Is it the same stock item on an F3 as on an F2?

Thanks rider0033. I had a look at that page for both the f2 and f3 and they have the same part numbers - so they should be the same part. However, the two bar ends have different part numbers - is this because the two bar ends are actually different?

Hi you should go on ebay cause i found mine here (carbon, chrome and stock bar end are available)...

you can get a pair of nice ones for like ten bucks
they fit almost all cbrs

 

If you have lost two already maybe you should replace the bar that is inside of your handle bar. I just purchased and put it on order through honda because mine was broken. It is I believe $23 for that piece.

 

i don't remember the price off hand, but i replaced mine once with a set from dennis kirk. they have various colors to choose from but i stuck with the silver.
