I am about to get a new paint job on the F2, I think I wanna get some frame sliders to protect the job and fairings a little better for when I finally wreck, it could happen at any time. Please post some pics so I can see where they go and what it looks like. Thanks.

Awesome man, thanks alot. I was wondering, how did you measure where exactly to cut them to have such a perfect fit. I am scared of cutting to much, or not in the right place.

 

the fairing in the pic is a 2 part race fairng. very easy to line up on the belly pan to cut. if u have standard panels the best way i have found to is to remove the engine/frame boltthat u replace with the longer one. then put on your panel as normal and usin a marker pen ( or screw driver etc with a blob of paint on the end) feed it thru the now empty frame/engine mount from the inside until it touches the inside of your panel. this wil then give u the centre point of the crash bung. simply cut the correct size hole usin a hole cutter with the centre being the mark u have just made. pain in the *** but only way to do it right.
